Being from a green and wet place in the west of English, you get used to having the right to sit on a nice patch of grass on a sunny day, but sadly, when on the continent, the nice grass is usually roped off. Not so in the Jardin Public. Wonderful to be able to actually sit on the grass and have a picnic.
